Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon
My insurance company, State Farm under the PIP, is not reimbursing me for loss of income. I am a volunteer driver for DHS in the state of Oregon. The mileage reimbursement is a form of pay and this was ruled on by a judge, but I am unable to locate this info. I was rear-ended on August 23, 2011 and have been unable to work because of whiplash and other injuries.
Are you able to assist me with this information.
Thank you.

You probably need an attorney. I do not handle cases like this, but the law firm of Kafoury McDougal in Portland does. You can reach them at 503-224-2647 or [email protected]. They provide an initial consultation visit for you at no charge, and they usually take cases on a "contingency" basis, which means that you do not have to pay them, unless they succeed in obtaining money for you from the entity that harmed you.
