Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in Pennsylvania, and all events mentioned occur in Pennsylvania. In 2004, I voluntarily terminated my parental rights to my daughter. My current girlfriend and I are expecting the birth of a child in July. Does the voluntary termination of my rights to my first child have any bearing on the child I am having with my girlfriend?

No, it should have no bearing on the new child.
