No Disclosure
My husband and his partner split last year and had a 2 year no disclosure in the agreement documents. We have been told that the ex- partner is showing these documents to employees of the company. Is there any legal action that can be taken?

You may be able to seek an injunction or pursue breach of contract. Attempt to determine what your damages are. When you can put a dollar figure on them speak with an attorney to see if the value that you obtain from pursuing the ex partner is worth the expense of the pursuit.
