Startup Business

What would be the best way to start a courier business? There is a federal court and numerous law offices in Scranton, PA but no bicycle couriers to transport documents fast and efficiently. What processes would I need to go through in order to start this business?

Go the Pa Department of State's web site. Look for the corporations. There is information there about incorporating on line. If you need more help I or another attorney that post here would be happy to help you for a fee.
