Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
Conidential correspondence with a school teacher
If I send an email to my child's teacher regarding, is it OK for the principal of the school to get an automatic copy of this email, even though I was unaware that she was being copied? Shouldn't the school community be made aware of the fact that she is automatically receiving a copy of all email communication between teachers and parents?

Re: Conidential correspondence with a school teacher
i think the answer depends on whether it is a private or public school. if it is a public school and it is probably ok as long as everyone gets the same treatment. if it is a private school, it is not ok. email me more specifics and i will try to help. [email protected]
