stored a juke box for friend - asked several times to pick up - friend never made any attempts to pickup - orginal agreement was I would only store for a few weeks. I had juke box at my house for 7 years, I sold and now he's trying to sue me for $7500 + punative damages totaling $50,000. Isn't not picking up your items for 7 years abandonment? What rights do I have?

i would have to look up the exact law, but in regard to abandonment, i think you may have been an adverse possessor. You should counter sue your ex friend.
