Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, Is there some kind of form that I can print off for Pennsylvania to fight a petition of forfeiture?

The state is trying to take my car and I want to fight it b/c I was not charged with the charges listed that they are even trying to take it for.

I suggest you consult with an attorney. The Dept. of Motor Vehicles sometimes makes mistakes, but they can be a difficult agency to deal with. I don't know of the particular circumstances in your case, but it certainly cannot be resolved by simply filing a form. See a lawyer.
