Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
Is it too late?
I was fired from my job back in april. They fired me because they said I stole money, and they had me on tape. I won the unemployment hearing, because they supposedly taped over the tape. This incident never occuried. I wanted to know if there is a time limitation to a civil suit against them. Thank You

They fired you for stealing, but couldn't prove it. It doesn't matter unless the real reason they fired you was a pretext for illegal discrimination.
