Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

seizure of parents property

I have a ambulance bill of $866.00 in which they are trying to get payment. I have no resource at this time and they are tempting to collect through a legal service and if I do not make payment within ten days they threaten to come with a constable to seize what is my parents belongings to sell to pay this debt.I only stay here because of legal problems and needed a place to live. Can they or do they have the right to take what is theirs and not mine? If so what must be done to stop this from happening.

Re: seizure of parents property

They definitely CANNOT come onto your property without a legal judgment and take anything that belongs to you. They cannot take anything that belongs to your parents at all. If they are willing to go that far, you need to get a lawyer. Threats like that may be illegal in your state,--you really need to consult a local lawyer who can look at your specific case.
