Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Collecting on a judgment

Can you tell me the next step when a judgment has been found in your favor? How do we actually get the people to pay the money due? Letters have been sent requesting payment, but there has been no response. We are a property owners assoc. Do not have legal counsel, and not sure of next step. Thanks!

Re: Collecting on a judgment

You have to request a levy from the Court. You might consider hiring an attorney as the attorney fees are added and can be collected as part of the amount due. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
