credit collections

my business closed over 4 yrs ago with outstanding credit card debt. I am now recieving collection letters & l judgement. Am I liable for this debt. they used my ss# to open accts. because it was a new business. The charges are now over 50,000 and I have no way of paying them

Hi. Obviously, you should have sought legal advice before a judgment was entered against you. However, you may have some defenses on these debts, and other collection actions. (Such as statute of limitations, which is 4 years.)
