pressing charges i just want to pay my debt
A payday loan company left me a message yesterday saying they are pressing charges and to call them todya with my lawyers name and munber I JUST WANT TO PAY THIS LOAN i can pay it today in full, will they allow me to do this and forgo pressing charges?

They should accept payment in full. Suggest you have your lawyer handle payment and obtain a full release to document payment is accepted as payment in full.
