Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Underage and Public drunkenness

I was found guilty of and underage and public drunkenness November 25th. I am considering appealing my case, I have a disorderly conduct already on my record for an underage being lowered, but i dont think the judge can know how I got the disorderly. Do i have any chance of being found not guilty if I appeal the case?

Re: Underage and Public drunkenness

Whether you have a chance of being found not guilty depends on the facts of the case (the evidence against you) which you did not share. Whether or not the DA would be willing to deal and give you another disorderly conduct instead of an underage (which has a driver's license attached) is up to the DA. If you appeal, you should hire an attorney for the best result.

Without knowing more about your case, it's hard to tell if you would be found not guilty. However, there is always a chance that the police office will not show and the appeal would be granted. You need to file a summary appeal.

You always have a chance to win. I would need to know what county and the court history to give you a more detailed answer. [email protected]
