Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

Application Guidelines

I have filled out an application for a parking spot owned by the city and they are requiring me to provide my employers name, address, days and times I work, and my current parking location. I don't see why that information is necessary to rent a parking space.

Re: Application Guidelines

As a contractual matter an offeror can request any contract terms it likes. The question to ask is are they seeking to discriminate against someone by asking that information.

If you really do not want to provide that information you have two choices, don't rent space at that location or find a way around that rule.

Hope that helps.
