2 dui's and a minor ?

i got 2 duis with in a year and Im a minor (yes i know im an idiot) immediatly after my 2nd one i checked my self into rehab and finished the program now both my duis are open and that could mean a lot of jail time but now that im clean is there anyway to get house arrest or strict probation since im in IOP (Intensive out patient) and im a full time student and im not trying to get kicked out of school to ruin any chance of a future i have? please help!

If you haven't been convicted yet, you said they are both open, then they would both be first offenses, you are looking at a minimum 48 hours or 72 hours on each case. Depending on the county you might be able to get concurrent sentences. You should speak with a lawyer. I offer free initial consultations.
