Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

DWI in NJ with a PA lisence

I recently got a DWI in NJ, I have a

PA lisence, my case is awaiting the

chun stay case and my Public

defender said it may be possible to

keep my lisence in PA if i did the ARD

program, but i already went to court

for it in jersey, is this true?
