2nd offense with refusal in philadelphia

Help! My lawyer never offered me the DUI Treament Court. The new treatment went into effect in June of 2007, about 1 month after my actual DUI. I am currently serving 90 days jail time (weekends), about 6 days in. Am I eligible for the treatment court? It is my second offense with a refusal. I've also payed my fine, completed 8 weeks of 3 hour oupatient group sessions, lost my license for 1 full year, completed the alcohol highway safety classes. I feel like my lawyer has not helped me in any way and I've been sober since the day it happened. Help!

45 weekends for a person who has stopped drinking is BETTER then treatment court. your lawyer may or may not have missed the treatment court thing, but your end result is BETTER.
