if you had a dui 9 years ago and just got a new one in ''07'' will i definetly do jail time

If you were convicted or received ARD for the first offense and are found guilty of the second offense you would be sentenced to some jail, You need to speak to a lawyer about your defenses and pleas possibilities. I offer free initial consultations.
