pa third dui penalties

my question pertains about my father in law his license is suspended from a priot dui and got caught driving his car that has no reg. and a license plate that was his sister, and he was also drving under the influence refused all tests for blood alcohol levels so this would be his third dui so was wondering what can happen to him

These are serious charges. If the two other charges are within ten years he is facing 1 to 5 years on the DUI and another 90 days on the driving under suspension. Fine on the DUI is not less than $2,500. I offer free consultations.

He's going to jail and going to have to pay a pretty substantial fine, unless of course he fights this DUI and wins in court. Without reviewing the evidence, it doesn't look good. He is looking at a fine of a minimum of at least $1,500.00, at least a one year license suspension, but since there are mutiple charges probably much longer then one year, extended parole, and jail time which is dependent upon his BAC level....but nothing good.....to check how much review the DUI section at www.alleghenyattorneys.com
