Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
401k closing during martial separation
My wife and I are married, but separated for 13 months, in PA. She has a 401k plan and wanted me to sign off on it, so I had no rights to the funds. I refused to do so, until our divorce. She recently told me she closed the 401k and did not need my signature. Legally, was she able to close the 401k without my signature?

Yes but what was in the 401K is potentially in part marital assets.
Given the nature of your divorce it might be time to lawyer up if you haven't already done so.
