If my 17 year old son gets his 17 year old girlfriend pregnant can we as his parents be sued by her parents?

No. Well, let me qualify that: anybody can sue anybody else for anything. The question is whether there is a valid basis under Pennsylvania law to do so. In this case, I don't see a valid cause of action.
