Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
my ex took my son over a year ago and hasnt let me have any contact with the child since. our custody arrangement was a verbal agreement between the two of us. I have no idea where exactly he lives and he wont return any of my emails or letters. What can i do?

I agree with Mr. Davidson, but I think first you need to find out exactly where your ex and your son are! Your ex must be personally served with a copy of your Complaint for Custody before the Court will do anything. You must also file your action in the county in which your child now lives.
