Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
alimony
The husband and wife have to children. He has paid for her school loans,and most household expenses. She is a pharmacist (Doctorate) earning over 60,000 part-time and is also working on another doctorate.(She has full medical benefits through work) He earns slightly over 100,000. She is demanding alimony. Is she able to get this if they divide all assets equally?

Alimony is rehabilatative in nature. If she can show further education would equalize the incomes it is possible. The high income she already makes goes aganist this. The distributaion of assets also can effect the number. I offer free consultations.
