Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Blatent disregard for a Custody Order

What can I do if my daughter's Mother has moved and her phone is disconnected. There is a court order in effect that she has blatently disobeyed since it's inception , then I filed for a petition for contempt and was given 3 weekends a month on a trail basis until it was reviewed in March. Mother has since disobeyed this and has not let me see her again has moved and I have no idea where my daughter is. I am scared for her well being because her Mother uses drugs. What can I do my lawyer fees are becoming WAY TOO HIGH. And mother knows this and is doing this purposely to bankrupt me.She has not notified me of move as she was suppose to.

PLease advise me of what I can do legally to get my daughter from her mother.

Re: Blatent disregard for a Custody Order

Take her to court again. Advise that she has violated the order. Ask that she be held in contempt and ask for custody.
