Child Custody

I wouldlike to know what all I need to do to file papers for my sons biological father to sign up his rights so my fiance can adopt our son. The biological father is ok with it. I already talked to him about this matter, I just need to know what steps I need to take to start the process. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time.

You should marry you finance before the adoption or you will lose your parental rights to the child.
