Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

In 1997 my husband was orderd to pay child support for our 4 children. His salary gross at the time was $92.000. Domestic relations caculated his support payment to be $382.00 a week for the four children.

This means he is bringing home Approx $42.000 a year net and my children are receiving $20.000.

Is this correct? Now in 2000, should I go for a modification since he changed jobs and told me he is making $100,000.00 a year?

Please help me with this.

Re: child support

Last spring the support guidlines changed in your favor both for support and medical and babysitting. Go for it!
