Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child support

I am taking my daughter's father to court for support.

He has denied paternity and signed a stipulation of admissabilty. What is a stipulation of admissability?

Re: child support

I'm not sure that stipulation of admissiblity is the right term. Are you referring to a document that he signed that he would stipulate that he was the father if the DNA test comes back and finds that he is the father?
