Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

re-open custody case

I am retired from the services and divorced in the state of wisconsin. I now live in Penna and want to reopen my custody case in Penna. Are there any laws or problems that could prevent this? Or do I have to reopen the case in Wisconsin.
