Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

fahter neglects his child for his mother

my grandsons father is trying to visit and support his son but for some reason his mother does not want him to have anything contact.this has been going on since he was born 4months ago.he seems as though he has to sneak.as of Christmas it has really gotten worse.basiclly it is a known fact that she wants him to support her and her children.he is grown living under her roof and trying to save to move out.my daughter is not allow to without getting cursed out or threatened that she will send her daughter to fight.he loves his son so much,.she makes him stay in the house, and has her children watching at all times.how should i handle this situation.i do not want to take to for support because by right he does support his son and he does not want to take my to court for visitation because he was not denied his visits.he has stayed in my home but she sends her children to get him everytime.she likes to show that she has the power over all.she gets mad when she sees the baby with new clothes, she makes remarks like you should have given that money to me.he is avery nice young man but because of her he is really going through some bad issues.then she wants the baby to come to her house, but due to medical reasons he cannot stay out.
