Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Divorce decree states ex wife must give ex husband 47% of value of home, or sell home and give 47% of sale of home. Ex wife removed ex husband from mortgage and deed fraudulently by illegally signing paperwork and having them nortarized by a friend. Ex wife defaulted on mortgage house going into foreclosure. What can ex husband do now?

I can see why getting your name off the deed would help her but off the mortgage and the bank fell for ir.

Now if the notarization was false the notary is in a big load of trouble.

The notary is supposed to have a record of how you prove who ypou were inadditin their supposed to get your thumb print. I contactyour local district attorney.

I agree with everything John said.

But I strongly advise you exercise your other remedy ASAP by filing a Petition for Contempt of the Decree. You can seek attorney's fees and probably forestall the foreclosure pending a sale.

Feel free to call or e-mail me on a free initial basis.
