Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

divorce question

My husband and I are still married, but planning a divorce. He wants to buy a house. Can he do that while still married? I want no claim to this house, nor any legal responsibility for the mortgage or anything. We can't file for divorce until we are separated and he doesn't want to move out until he can buy a house.

You should speak to an attorney about preparing a seperation agreement. You can live in the same house and be seperated. The seperation agreement would protect both parties. I offer free consultations.
