Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I am a Great Grandmother and see my grandson frequently ,he has a child with a girl ,they did not get married to each other, a few years later they both married other people and had children, my grandson only gets to see his son by previous girl every other weekend ,has paid support all along and timely, but she dictates when he gets him if she wants to change the times she does and my son; his grand father very seldom gets to see him and we are all very close to this child. The childs Mother said we all have to see him on his Dads time , Which I think is unfair, since I think he needs this time with his Dad since it is so limited; is there something my son (the childs Grandfather can do to have his own time with him?)I might mention when they went for support she brought a lawyer and told my grandson he would not need one because they could make a decision on visitation without lawyers,so of course she controls any times and visits at her leisure.Next question can my grandson get more rights to his son as to summer vacations for example??

Sure he can. As to 3rd parties such as yourself that would be more difficult to gain more partial custody.
Sadly one of the tip offs you're going toneed a lawyer is when the other sides says you don't need one.
