Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Me and my ex husband have a custady agreement and he sees our 3 children 4pm - 8pm every other Saturday. During the time he has them he allows them to watch rated R movies, and bad mouths me. He spoke to my 9 yr old daughter about how he was at a party and a girl was rubbing her private on his. Her words. My chldren are 5,8 and 9. I cant keep having my children exposed to these things. Is there anything I can do???

Yes. You could file a petition to modify the custody order. I assume by custody agreement, you mean one that was filed in court and made part of a custody order. If that is the case, you would petition the court and ask that the agreement to be modified. You could ask to have a specific clause put in regarding his behavior or you could seek to reduce his visits, or have them supervised, or do something in between. Its hard to say exactly what the court would do, but these are examples of things you could ask for.
