Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I inquiring about (how embarrassing) a Divorce after 3 months- been with him 3 years and recently married in July- now an ongoing PFA between both parties have separated us and he has been evicted from home- guessing because I have minor children...Im not interested in his property or even any such articles he may have- however I am interested in my rights...Thou it was my bad choice to marry him this man has kicked me from his home in a past (2011) landing me in a shelter for abused woman along with my children-after he attended counseling and continued to pursue me we married and now after 3 months has kicked me out again-Pfa in place because he was being abusive and I was injured in the fight along with him as well.( I hit Back) I dont want to be homeless again the traumatizing experience was enough once!!!! He has made me trust him and once again I have turned in a fully furnished apt...and have given my stuff away because I trusted his promise...We married....and now he wants us gone...his reason being I sleep on sofa and thats no way of living in a marriage....he has been physically abusive and verbally destroying, his actions leak on to my children and his verbal abuse is with them as well- to the extent of not allowing my son to eat the food in house because he purchased it,or allowing me to use stove to provide meals for my kids...what can I do??? Also my daughter is a rape victim and he has all knowledge of the abuse she has lived but insist on using that to attack her and also myself- I cant allow us to stay even if he wanted to reconcile I fear that his words will have severe consequences for my children- I dont want nothing but to be helped to move out and reestablish my family and since his promise weren't kept and he has kicked us out I want to know if by law he should have to help us...All my money last 3 months have gone to his house leaving me with no type of savings to restart but I know we can not stay here....(its his home) plz help- lost n stressed.....

Don't be embarrassed.

Time to call Women Against Abuse and avail yourself of long overdue counseling. Time to break the cycle.

They will guide you. You and your children deserve better.

They may even have volunteer lawyers to help you.

Best of luck.

Saul
