Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
he did go to jail and he does have a felony on his record. But we are worried about him taking the kids around all his girlfriends he has had six in the last six months and the one he has now is in trouble with children and youth she lost her kids and the oldest girl keeps asking y her daddy keeps getting new girlfriend's she having nightmare's and don't know how to stop this . My girlfriend does not want his girlfriend around her children what can we do to stop this ??

A couple of things:
1) this is her problem not yours.
2) If she want a change in custody SHE has to get a lawyer and take the matter before a judge.
Based on what you say she has a good case, That said she'll need evidence to back it up and the courage toe see it through neither are going to be easy. It;s up to HER to protect her children.
