Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have no kids and stay with a friend in a separate room of my own, she has an investigation ongoing to determine if allegations are true and false. Can CYS now harass me even tho I am not a parent or have any legal rights or connections to my friends children? What are my rights and what are they allowed to investigate about me? The investigation has NOTHING to even do with me why the harassment of in not a suspect
