In my opinion there is no hard and fast rule as to age. It comes down to (1) the wording of the court order which establishes the contact; (2) the history of your case (what does a judge see when he or she opens your file); and (3) the attitude of the judge. The contact order is your obligation not your daughter's. The real question is how much responsibility the court will put on you if dad complains. The court has a lot of leeway here.
