Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in PA. The child support order was done here in PA and he has another child who he pays support for. Within the past 2 weeks my ex has quit his job and left for NY to go to school full time. He is working 10 hrs a week making minimum wage and has petitioned for a decrease in child support since he states that he can no longer afford the child support. What should I do? What can I do? I mean I just don't see how this is fair.
