Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

We got married in India and we both are living in US. My husband has filed for the divorce in US. I replied to the divorce in Us. While living in US ae bought all the assets in India. All the assets in india are on his name. And now he is saying the US property distribution 50% is not valid in India. He wants to take the case back to India. I heard that in according to indian law the property whi ever has name will have to keep the property. In that if the case goes to India i wont be getting anything in India. Please advice me.

He filed here and you live here. So the case has no legal reason for going to India. That would be forum shopping.
