Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Papers for custody

My son has been with me and my parents since. The mother moved out three years ago. She has seen the child once in awhile, but gave no financial aid, she hasn't seen or spoke to him since march. What is the best for me.

Re: Papers for custody

If you don't have a custody order you need one. Besides establishing your custody rights you need to have one to seek child support.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
