Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If a parent wins a child abuse expunction appeal because CPS came unprepared without expert witnesses and the judge expunged the allegations can the way the parent won the appeal hurt them when they try to regain custody from the other parent? Meaning: the parent did not prove the allegations to be false they merely won by default.

It can be introduced, and the judge will give it the weight deemed appropriate. Is this Bucks County by any chance.

I do service that area and would be happy to discuss the matter on the phone at no charge.
