Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My son's father is unemployed besides the working in a cover band in bars on friday and saturday night, an some occasional wednesday nights. I work a full time job and I also have a 8 year old son that is not his. I reside in the state of PA and he resides in the state of NJ, he constantly harasses me while I am work. He resorts to telling me he is going to file for full custody when I do not give into any of his demands. I have documentation from him stating he just wants to tie all my money up in court simply b/c I am nothing more than civil to him. He believes I am hurting our child emotionally by not being his friend. My question is, w/ all the text messages and emails I have that clearly show his motive behind filing for full custody what are his chances being as he is available all day long Monday-Friday while I am at work. Our son is a year and a half old.
