Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have split custody right now of my 2 year old daughter, and I would like to have full custody of her. I am not working right now, but she gets everything she needs from my boyfriend because i like to stay home with my daughter, and the agreement i have with her father is hard to get a job to stay on that scedule. I am going to school for radiology in August. Her father drinks underage and parties pretty much everyday. He leaves her with different people all the time so he can go out, and right now in her life she needs stability. He leaves her places and wont tell me where she is at and i think as her mother i should know where she is at all times. Can i get her full time even though i am not working?

Your employment status while important is not the sole factor the courts would consider in modifying custody. If you can prove the allegations you made in your posting a court might modify the order. The tough part is proving it. Not something you can probably do on your own.
Be warned that to successfully modify custody will take both time and money.

Without doing a full consultation, it is very hard to say what your odds of getting full custody would be. Just because you are not working, does not mean that you can't get full custody.
If this is something you want to pursue, I would highly suggest that you retain a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, I would suggest that you contact the local bar association to see if you qualify for a pro bono or reduced fee lawyer.
