family member coverage

what family members are the employee covered under providing care? does PA cover providing coverage to a brother?

FMLA is a federal law. The people that care for is authorized are one's self ,Parents (and those who stood in loco parentis), son or daughter (Including foster and step children or child whom the person is standing in loco parentis), and spouse. Therefore only if you stood in for your parents toward your brother or he you can the act apply
