Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

involved in auto accident, not my fault and insurance is not cooperating.

i was involved in an accident where i was not at fault. the guy that hit me got a ticket. the officer at the scene stated it was his fault. he only has state minimum coverage. the damage to my truck is about 10,000 plus a hospital visit and lost wages. because his insurance is not gonna cover everything they want my insurance to cover the whole thing and get what they can off his insurance. my insurance company wants to use these aftermarket parts to replace the parts damaged on a 2003 pick up truck with 4000 miles on it, i find this to be unacceptable and refuse to let them put these parts on that my bodyman says are junk. on top of this, the only lost wages my carrier will cover me for is if i am injured and cannot work. the truck that i drive is insured commercially as it is used for a snow plow and therefor it can not be used to fulfill the contracts that i have with my clients as it is out of commission for about the next 3 weeks. since i went to the hospital the medical adjusters won't leave me alone and keep sending me stuff in the mail that i ''must'' sign and return as soon as possible, i don't want to sign the wrong paper and screw myself, i also have the full tort option. any help would be appreciated.
