Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I am being suid in a civil case for credit card debt that I cannot pay going back to 2009. What happens if I lose the case and a judgment is against me? I have no assets (car, house) The total debt is @ 8,000.00.

Can you say judgment proof? A judgment is the right to get money out of you if you have any. If you don't then they don't get the money.
