i m US citizen (divorced) and want to marry girl who came here on visitor visa. can i marry her here and how can i get her status here? what is the process?

Yes, you can marry her if she is single or divorced.

After the marriage, she can apply for permanent residency in USA through a process called "adjustment of status". The government agency you will be applying with is DHS or USCIS.
