Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

i drive a garbage truck for a co. recently the lady from our office is lowering our time worked a few min. here and there she said she hand copies the time cards on paper and then sends the form out to the place that prints our checks also i asked for a copy of my time card and she refused to give me one is this legal ? also it is a very small family ran buiss. thanks carl
