Boyfriend kicked me out, do I have 90 days or not?

I live with him in HIS house for over 4yrs. We were engaged at one time and I broke it off because of his drinking habits and tried to work on it. Anyhow, we broke up again and just had a fight and he told me to get get out and he meant it. Can he do that or does he have to give me a certain amount of notice, like 90 days orsomething? We live in Hatfield, PA zip 19440

For the Landlord Tenant Act of 1951 to apply you would need to have a lease. From you description it sound as though you're a guest albeit one whose has stayed a long time.

Like any guest he has the right to ask you to leave at any time.
