Surgery that caused extreme emotional issues
In early March of 2008 I got liposuction in my stomach and had the fat put into my buttox.A month later my right chee began 2 swell so I returned 2the doc & he gave me medicine tht caused me 2 becum really ill.I had 2 go 2 the ER tht nite & they told me tht my kidneys were failing & I couldve died if I waited a few hrs to get thr. It turned out 2 b an abcess tht I had & had 2 have a nurse cum 2 my home everday 2 pack which was a prob for my insurance.I was n so much pain tht I had 2 drop my classes bcuz I could barely forcus on sit and missed mnths @ wrk.I also had 2 go 2 counseling bcuz this really took a toll on me.It took the wound 3 mnths 2 heel & it came bak a mnth later.I was on IV treatment in which I had 2 stay n the hosp. for a week as well.i want to return 2 school but I'm not able to get financial aid bcuz I dropped my classes.Another surgeon from the office my surgeon wrk has been treating me since this 1st begun bcuz my surg. gave up.I havent talked 2 him nor has he tried 2 contact me.I seen him 2 mnths ago wen I went 2 c the other surgeon & he states''I thought u died''and laughed which really caused me to become emotional.I went to the office2 talk 2 him but they said hes on vaca. til april do i have a case?

You describe a complex story that might involve malpractice.
You may you have been improperly evaluated and treated at any of the times when you presented for medical attention due to a complication of your procedure. Improper technique in the initial surgery may have caused an abscess that did not show until one month later.
